The Wisconsin-Upper Michigan Kiwanis District
Foundation, Inc. (KDF) is a not-for-profit corporation chartered by the
Wisconsin-Upper Michigan District of Kiwanis International in 1983.
In 1984, it was recognized as a tax exempt organization under IRC Section
501(c)(3) by the Internal Revenue Service. KDF generally serves as a
monetary foundation for the Wisconsin-Upper Michigan District of Kiwanis
International and its member clubs. As such, it serves as a
fund-raising vehicle for the District and its member clubs.
